IMP TITVS CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M, laureate head right / TR P VIIII IMP XIIII COS VII P P, Ceres seated left holding grain-ears, poppy and long torch. RIC II (new) Titus 40 (old RIC II 8); RSC 270.  Some minor scratches and flan flaw, otherwise toned VF.
