BI ‘Regenboogschoteltje’ stater ca. 50-35 BC [18 mm; 5,07 gm]. Triskles within wreath / three circles within zigzag wreath. Probably one of the first types of coinage struck in the current Netherlands, imitating a lower Rhine type struck in better silver. Frequently found in Batavi and early Roman sites. F.
