Addressee could not be located and information could not be found in the register of the soerabaja post office ('karth obk Sb 23/4' = karthotheek onbekend Soerabaja 23 april). On the reverse a triangle cachet with pencil notes 'Onbek 25-4-'46' (Onbek = onbekend = unknown). The 5 SEN is type I and the base card is the rarely used thin paper variety. Only three used copies recorded.
