Postal stationery envelope of ten cents revalue showing black Bali anchor overprint type 541z, however used after the occupation by affixing an ABC stamp of 30c, from Ampenan 13 June 1946 registered to Soerabaja 17 June 1946 (letter rate 10c + registration fee 20c). The stamp imprint with the anchor overprint is not cancelled because it was not valid anymore. See: Van Nieuwkerk, p. 127 and illustrated as fig. 27. Ex Joep Bonn. Unusual and rare item!
