Indies 2½ cent Dancer in pair adjacent, from Djokjakarta 16.3.46 with lilac Repoeblik-Indonesia/P/T.T. cachet, via Batavia-C. 23.III.1946 and the Red Crosses from Indonesia in combination with the Chinese Red Cross for the Chinese people in Indonesia and the Red Cross International delegation at Batavia, sent to Hok Kian in Tiong Kok = China. At that moment only the Dutch had postal access to China. Most interesting and very rare (postal) historical item in wonderful condition! Exhibition piece!
