3rd Series. 15 Sen imperforated on a home-made postcard of very thin paper from Republican controlled Batoe 16.6.47 through the Indonesian Red Cross to Dutch controlled Soerabaja 7.7.47, where the addressee had to pay 2x 3½ cent due because Dutch post did not accept the Indonesian stamp. The unidentified violet P.T.T. cachet seems to be from the head office in Soerabaja. A most interesting card!
