Lesser Soenda Islands. Bali. Postage paid mark in frame ´Bea soedah/Bajar´ with written ´10c´ on company cover from Denpasar 21.4.43.15. (faint lilac strike of the cds) to Soerabaja. The censor mark and postage paid mark were cancelled by using the same ink pad. Rare cover and the first cover known from Bali during the Japanese occupation, postage stamps were still not available. Rare postal item!
