GERMAN COLONIES, Kiautschou Mi.no. 31, 10 cents ultramarine on excerpt from a postal orderform from Tsingtau to Japan sent from a Japanese Bank. To protect the stamps from theft, they have provided them with a security cancellation (small red oval cancel). On the back twice signed Bothe BPP and his written opinion. Very rare!
