Postvolmacht waarop nrs. 253, 313 en 314, tezamen 100 cent, afgest. Soerabaja 13-1-1949. Het tarief bedroeg sedert 1909 50 cent en is op 1-10-1947 verdubbeld. Hoewel het formulier iets tropisch is en 2 perforatiegaten heeft, is het uiterst zeldzaam en hebben wij nog niet eerder gezien. Zie: NITAR 167 (een afbeelding konden wij niet geven)

Java. Receipt of acknowledgement for money transfer by money order from Lemahabang 23.3.03 to Gombong 26.3.03 and further to Bandoeng 30.3.03 and the internal administration AFD.APT/A2 30.3.03. The form is in the colour pink and has the Dutch text on top ´VOORZIJDE X3 (bnl)´ and under the stamps of 10 sen (rate was 20c) ´RECHT VOOR NAVRAAG´ (= Fee for inquiry). This pre-war form is not recorded yet for usage during the Japanese occupation. Similar to Bu.RF19 (RRR).
