Superb strike of the VOC 6 Stuiver hand stamp on very fresh, complete letter from Middelburg 19 April 1794 by packet boat ´Maria Louise´, departed from Goeree (= port of Goedereede) on 22 May 1794 to Batavia, with intermediate steps at Oudeschild (VOC port on the island of Texel) and Cape of Good Hope, where the letter was received on 25 October 1794 and where the postage of 6 stuivers had to be paid by the addressee.
