Two covers from Germany showing slices to disinfect against cholera (geschlitzt und geräuchert mit 2 bzw. 3 ca. 20 mm Schnitten), one from Hamburg 29 April 1791 to Madrid, the other from Grüneberg 20 Sep 1831 via Hamburg 27 Sep to London, and a cover from Alexandria 7 May 1842 by French mail to Malta showing the circular cachet ´Purifie au Lazaret / Malte´
