Two blue cancellations DINES in frame of ca. 28 x 53 mm on pre-war airmail envelope sent by the Tandjongkarang post office to Hiroshi Wada, famous stamp dealer in Tokyo, Japan, and written in blue pencil received on 10 Sep 1943. In Japanese is written 'Muryo Yubin' (free of postage) over DINES. It is very well possible that Mr. Wada asked for some stamp matters to the Tandjongkarang post office, and the post officer returned this mail to Mr. Wada by using this free of postage cover
