Bali. 2 Cent Kreisler with black Bali anchor overprint no. 531z-16b in pair on home-made postcard tied Denpasar (type vNV.302 in black), also censored at Denpasar, sent to Soerabaja. The message says 'Selamat berdjoeang oentoek Indonesia Merdeka!' (= Good luck with fighting for a free Indonesia!') which could indicate that the card is sent shortly after the Japanese occupation
