A written piece of paper stuck to the left has been removed. The meaning of the violet large M is still unknown to us. Otherwise a very rare and fine postcard! Postcard for Banka & Billiton used in Lampong. 3½ Cent postcard with 711v = Gunseibu In overprint in violet, large violet 2 and handwritten 3½ ct in red ink and 610z = Dai Ni Hon Yuken two-line overprint in black, from Tandjong-/Karang 18.12.3 to Malang, Java. The text is about family business. Censors Bu.JC14c from Palembang and JC36 used on Java. Extremely rare card in wonderful quality, most likely the only one known and not recorded yet. Sumatra. Banka & Billiton. 7½ Cent letter sheet with red Gunseibu In overprint re-valued with large violet 5, Bu.51 (RRR), from Soengeiliat 18.7.14.10 to Tjiandjoer (Java). Sewing machine censor on top and censor marks Bu.JC12b from Pangkalpinang and Bu.JC13c. Extremely rare, to our knowledge this is the only copy recorded.
