Palembang. 5 Cent definitive issue as a single franking on complete money order for a transfer of 5 guilders from Pendopo 20.1.22 via the trans communication office of Palembang 20.2.3 to Slawi (Java) 2.3.05, but because the addressee has died on 25 Dec (written note on the reverse) the money order was sent back on 3.4.05 via Boekittinggi/Indonesia 15.1.46 and back to Pendopo 6.5.4.6. Most interesting postal document sent both in the Japanese and Indonesian Revolution period

General Printings. 42½ Cent Kreisler with handstamped T-overprint no. 911z-33a on fragment of a 10 cent on 12½ cent postal stationery envelope with the same handstamped T-overprint Bu.187, cancelled Medan 19.11.13. The 42½ cent Kreisler lost its franking validity on 30 June 1941 and was never used during the Japanese occupation, but an unused copy was obviously found and handstamped with the T-overprint by accident or on request.
