This combination of overprints is so far only known on the 5 cent Numeral on two covers, one from Medan (this cover) and one from Tebingtinggi-/Deli 10 August 1942. This combination of overprints is not listed in catalogues, but undoubtedly authentic

Postal rate 10 cent postage + 20 cent registration fee + 10 cent advice of delivery. Very rare usage during the Japanese occupation!
